When you fill in a form (booking, table request, contact) we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Request details (dates, number of guests, message)

Automatically, for security and to keep the site running, we record your IP address, device and browser type, and your approximate city and country (derived from the IP address, never your GPS location).

• Handle your booking or request and get back to you
• Prevent spam and fraudulent submissions
• Send you, where relevant, offers and news from the hotel (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Produce visit and booking statistics
• Improve our service and the quality of the site

We process this data to fulfil your booking request and under our legitimate interest in securing the site and preventing abuse. We do not ask for your GPS location and do not use advertising tracking.

We do not sell or rent your data. It may be processed by our technical providers strictly to run the site: hosting, the booking management system, and an internal notification service. These providers use your data only for those purposes. The technical provider operating the site may additionally use aggregated, anonymised data that cannot identify you, for statistics and to improve its services.

We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your language preference. No advertising cookies are set.

We keep booking information for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Write to reservation@toumana.com. Under Tunisian law you may also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
